When Ernest Dempsey wrote his short mystery/thriller script Little Rosie, it was meant to be an short indie film but one form of writing transforms into another and thus the script became a short story that is now published in the LA-based indie film magazine Indie Pathways.
Little Rosie – the short story – has been featured in the April-May 2026 issue of Indie Pathways. The short script was edited at a minimal level to adapt it into a piece of short fiction.
Logline: An older woman suspects her new neighbor of abusing his little daughter.
